I used this hotel on my first trip to Thailand. I was able to use the room just like in Japan, and the front and reception staff were very nice. Thanks to the wonderful attention of Mr. Kong, the concierge, I was able to go out by myself for a day with peace of mind.

This hotel is the only decent hotel with direct access to the Convention center, so very convenient location-wise. Maybe that is why the hotel pays less attention to those details that really matter. like the moldy smell coming out from the A/C vents. During my 6 day stay, the hotel used a lot of air freshners to cover this smell, but that does not really resolve the root problem and air freshners can give really bad headaches. I would like to return to this hotel, because of its location, I hope the hotel will be able to do something to improve the air quality situation in the room. Another improvement would be the room lighting. The lights were so dim, it was challenging to do things like putting on makeup. Staff service is good, breakfast is decent and the gym small but clean.

We came very late from BKK, booked for 1 room in advance for 2 people but showed up at the Front Desk with extra people. Thanks to the very hospitable and very professional staff, Miss Nisa at the Front Desk who arranged our rooms so we all can be accommodated and not only that, she assigned us in cozy rooms, high floor with a magnificent view of the city. We are so grateful for Nisa's help that she even made a way to arrange our rooms beside each other. We would never forget how happy we were because of that. Also, we would like to commend Beer of 145 Bar & Restaurant. We know we showed up almost closing time but Beer with a sweet smile accommodated us and we had the best steak and salmon which was superb and the best we ever had! Thanks Miss Beer annd the chefs of 145. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we definitely would love to stay again. More power & God Bless! -Eddie Morris & Jeng Batoy

I would not recommend this hotel. The housekeeping, room cleaning is not to good standard. The bed not done properly, the basin taps and basin and shower not cleaned at all. Unacceptable. I am checking out on 29/11/23 and will lodge a complaint.

Good hotel for convention stays. Next to impact halls. Good breakfast and service. Hotel rooms very clean and housekeeping does a good job. Small bar area in lobby can be cleaned more often. Do not use taxi in front , only use grab or bolt. Be warned
